Career and family-At the crossroad?
Miaka ya karibuni kumekuwa na ongezeko la wanawake kwenye soko la ajira, (thanks to Beijing lol), lakini pamoja na kazi wana majukumu pia ya kulea familia especially watoto wadogo. Hii ni challenge kubwa sana wanaface wanawake maana unakuta inabidi kutegemea househelp ndio alee mtoto most of the time, tena mara nyingine inabidi kupeleka watoto wadogo sana up to age 2 shule za awali ili tu maisha ya kazi yaendelee. Hii mnaionaje? Karibuni mchangie tips za nini cha kufanya ukijikuta kwenye hii crossroad.

I bet it kinda hard to deal with this....maoni imepotea...wacha I look for it...getting househelps ni ngumu pia now that kids have to go to school....what if you get a househelp from a Bureau that deals with househelps???through them you will be assured of getting someone who's profile you can look at and incase of anything the bureau can be of assistance....i hope nimesaidia
